DgiDgi Reality

DgiDgi Reality is the tenant's connected view of customers, campaigns, content, commerce, channels, assets, journeys, and measurable outcomes. It lets teams work with the same business objects across DgiDgi solutions without duplicating data or losing ownership and provenance.

Tenant Boundary

Every Reality object belongs to a tenant. Organization, workspace, project, solution, and app selections can narrow access within that tenant. They cannot grant access to another tenant or replace the tenant boundary.

Members see only the objects and actions allowed by their current membership, resource assignments, roles, and explicit permissions. Changes to protected objects and access settings are audited.

Reality Objects

Reality objects represent business records that can be used across supported DgiDgi apps, including:

  • customers, contacts, audiences, and journeys;
  • brands, products, offers, and commerce records;
  • campaigns, content, channels, keywords, and search activity;
  • media and digital assets;
  • goals, metrics, insights, and outcomes.

The console shows relationships between supported objects so members can review context, provenance, and permitted actions from one place.

Solutions And Apps

A solution groups related business capabilities. An app provides a focused way to use part of a solution through the console, chat, or a documented public API.

Apps do not change tenant authority. A member can run only the actions allowed for that member and selected resource. Actions requiring approval remain blocked until an authorized member approves them.

Public Access

Use the DgiDgi console, published SDK, and public API links shown in this site. The public execution entrypoint is:

http
POST /execute

Authentication, tenant membership, permissions, resource scope, policy, and entitlement are evaluated for every request. Undocumented routes and service addresses are not tenant interfaces.
